SENATE BILL NO. 305 "An Act relating to recorking, sealing, or                                                                  
packaging of wine served with a meal and removal of recorked,                                                                   
sealed, or packaged wine from licensed premises" was read the second                                                            
time.                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
